Suppression Services

For superior list targeting and higher response rates, Suppression Services are an ideal complement to standard address-correction processing. Flagging addresses that match user-specified undesirable criteria – the DMA's "Do Not Mail" list, deceased suppression and other categories – can help you reach the optimal audience with any mailing job. The following Suppression Services may be added to NCOALink® processing for more list enhancement in one submission:

  • DMA Mail Preference Service - Identifies individuals who have registered with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Mail Preference Service (MPS) to indicate that they do not wish to receive unsolicited mail.
  • Deceased - Identifies deceased individuals using a database dating back to 1987 and derived from Social Security Administration records and other proprietary sources.
