Interviewing at BCC

When you enter the doors at BCC Software for an interview, we strive to show you the best we can about our organization and hope to see you at your best as well. Most of our interviews are done in group settings with multiple individuals from the respective departments.

Each interviewee is required to complete a job application prior to an interview. This application can be e-mailed to you if you cannot print the one provided here.

Interviewing at BCC is done in several steps:

  1. Phone screen with Human Resources
  2. Phone screen with department manager
  3. 1-2 on-site interviews.

Most interviews are technical and include questions related to the position. Doing your homework and researching BCC and the mailing industry is a plus. In addition to asking questions about the work experience provided on your resume, each interviewee will be asked some behavioral-based questions.
